This theme park is equipped a massive water park , an amazing amusement park , a tiger valley , a wonderful tin valley , a remarkable natural hot spring & spa and a petting zoo .*1

This theme park is so much better than Sunway .
*1) The petting zoo is going to become a normal zoo . Boo Hoo ! :( :( :(
*2) I'm not saying this because I haven't been there but because I don't want to spoil the fun
